\u2022 A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
\u2022 Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 72 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to a new
appointment date.
\u2022 Deposits can only be transferred once and must be used within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by the salon.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
\u2022 If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
\u2022 Failure to attend your appointment without notice (No-Show) will result in the loss of your deposit.
\u2022 Future bookings may require a larger deposit or full prepayment at the salon’s discretion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
\u2022 Clients arriving late may have their service adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled if there is insufficient time available.
