By making an online booking through the Simple Salon booking platform with Skyes The Limit for Hair, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

 • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated service total is required for all online bookings.
 • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive an approval notification and your booking status shows as ‘Approved’.
 • Bookings submitted without a successful deposit payment will not be held or confirmed.

SERVICE PRICING

 • Prices displayed online are estimates only and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, product usage,
and additional services required.
 • The final price will be confirmed during your consultation and may differ from the original online booking estimate.
 • Any additional services requested or deemed necessary by your stylist will incur additional charges.

BOOKING ACCURACY

• Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service when booking online and providing accurate information regarding their hair length, thickness, colour history, and desired result.

 • If the selected service does not allow sufficient time or product allocation for the work required, the salon reserves the right to adjust the service, amend the pricing, or reschedule the appointment.
 • Additional charges may apply where the service required exceeds the original online booking selection.

SIMPLE SALON ONLINE BOOKINGS

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

 • All online bookings are processed through the Simple Salon booking platform.
 • Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details entered into the system are accurate and up to date.
 • Service durations and pricing displayed through Simple Salon are estimates only and may be adjusted following consultation
with your stylist.
 • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and notifications are sent via the contact details provided at the time of booking.
 • Skyes The Limit for Hair is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact information.
 • Technical issues with the Simple Salon platform do not guarantee an appointment unless confirmation has been received from
the salon.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

 • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 72 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to a new
appointment date.
 • Deposits can only be transferred once and must be used within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by the salon.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice (No-Show) will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Future bookings may require a larger deposit or full prepayment at the salon’s discretion.

LATE ARRIVALS

 • Clients arriving late may have their service adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled if there is insufficient time available.
 • Full service charges may still apply.

SALON RIGHTS

 • Skyes The Limit for Hair reserves the right to refuse service, amend pricing, or cancel appointments where necessary.
 • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
